Processing Time Every sash is handmade to order with care, so please allow 10 to 15 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (spring pageant season: March–May, and holidays: November–December), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's any delay.

Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Orders We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your sash arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at juliejohnsonsells@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right. For full details, please see our [Return Policy].

Lost or Stolen Packages Legends Ranch Sashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
