Return & Refund Policy

At Legends Ranch Sashes, each sash is handmade to order with your custom personalization. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

All Sales Are Final Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your sash arrives damaged or we made an error on your order (wrong name, wrong color, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will remake or refund your order at no charge. Please include a photo of the issue when reaching out.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
